DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE | BOOK ACCORDINGLY.

• A non refundable booking fee is required when booking an appointment to secure the spot: 100% of the booking fee will go towards the amount that's due on the day of the appointment . The remaining balance is preferable in CASH on the day of the appointment. Card payments have a 3% fee, KLARNA AND AFTERPAY AVAILABLE.

• Booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE: Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your booking fee.

• RESCHEDULE: you need to reschedule 72 hours before your appointment date or deposit will be forfeited.

• No call/ No show will be banned . I do not tolerate no-shows. You will be banned from booking. (CALL to avoid this issues)

• There is a 10 minute grace period: if you arrive later than 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Appointments are usually booked back to back. If there is not enough time to proceed with your appointment, you will have to reschedule with a new deposit. The initial deposit *WILL NOT* transfer.

• If you are EARLY you have to wait your time, or contact me to see if i can take you in earlier.

• We work by appointment only: no walk-ins are allowed.

• We request that you do not bring any guests with you during your appointment. We need to be one hundred percent focused. If you have to bring someone, please make sure you contact us and you let us know.

• NO CHILDREN ALLOWED

• PREVIOUS WORK DONE/CORRECTION: clients most provide the following information prior to booking a coverup/correction.

1. FULL NAME/NUMBER.

​  2. THREE CLEAR PHOTOS OF THE BROW AREA. PHOTO MUST BE FREE OF MAKEUP AND/OR FILTERS, CLEAR AND TAKEN IN GOOD LIGHTING.

3. PHOTOS (HEAD TURNED SLIGHTLY LEFT, RIGHT, AND FACING FORWARD).
